You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Arrived broken and poorly wrapped

Have sent the jug back arrived with the black bird broken from the handle . The jugs was wrapped in thin price of bubble wrap . Nowhere on the parcel did it say fragile . Have posted back today . Would like it replaced well wrapped and with fragile on the packaging .
